Interactive Voice Response Authentication(IVRA) is a technology that automates routine customer interactions by allowing callers to verify authenticity of product/brand using touch tone digits or their voice. A basic example of how this works is the MTN customer care service (180). IVRA present customers with a voice menu and response, allowing customers to enter verification pin and then cross-check on Verihub secured database giving back a voice alert whether the product/brand is authentic or fake.
